Our dynamic and innovative team currently has availability for a full time ALL-ROUND LAUNDRY ATTENDANT - DRIVER  As our ALL-ROUND LAUNDRY ATTENDANT/DRIVER you will be working in a fast moving environment and you will assist on different locations in the laundry production lines. You will be:
  • Sorting, washing, drying, pressing and folding towels, sheets and other textile items
  • Removing stains from items using the appropriate procedures
  • Ensuring productivity within the production process
  • Delivering and collecting laundry at various customers on the islands, driving the lorry truck.
  • Actively working together in the production lines
  • Performing other tasks required and assisting in other production departments as needed.
  • You will be working closely with the laundry team and be reporting to laundry manager.
Do you recognize yourself in the following profile?
  • You have basic experience with the laundry process (sort, wash, dry, fold, press) and relevant working experience.
  • You are be available 40 hours a week, also on weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in Papiamentu and English.
  • You have a driver’s license for trucks (groot rijbewijs)
  • Work is performed in an industrial setting. Must be able to tolerate a work environment that is prone to high and low temperature fluctuations, dust, dirt, lint, industrial fluids; be able to lift 50 pounds and be able to stand the majority of the shift, bending, climbing and all other motions and positions necessary to perform the production line duties.

Our sales team currently has availability for a full time SALES REPRESENTATIVE (CHEMICALS & CLEANING TOOLS)  As our sales representative, you will be actively selling our chemicals and cleaning products to businesses (all industries) on Curacao. You are:
  • Actively responsible for the sales of our extensive product range, with focus on our cleaning chemicals and equipment, to businesses in various industries.
  • In this field-based position responsible for the proactive account management of customers.
  • Conduct regularly scheduled face-to-face meetings and account reviews with customers for the purpose of securing and/or renewing existing revenues and identifying and securing new revenue opportunities.
  • Interface with other departments through written and verbal communications to handle customer situations; involving customer care and resolving issues.
  • Maintains and updates internal databases with all required customer information.
  • Assist the Collections Department when necessary in perform collections on assigned accounts.
  • Remains current on changes in the service pricing and procedures, order entry process, commission reports, and sales promotions.
  • Closely collaborating with the other sales representatives and marketing department.
  • Communicate actively and accurately with our customers within the Bay West standards. (phone, e-mail, website/social media, face-to-face)
  • Perform other duties as requested by manager/director.
  • Report daily activities to the sales manager/director.
Do you recognize yourself in the following profile?
  • Followed an education in economics, sales, chemistry, laboratory, or have a broad knowledge of chemistry and/or cleaning products.
  • Minimum 3 years experience within a sales representative role / account management role, preferably on Curacao.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch and Papiamentu.
  • You are able to take initiative and work on your own.
  • You have basic administration and data management skills.
  • You are very customer friendly and a problem solver.
  • Have an affinity with our product range.
  • You have good computer skills and know how to work with basic CRM packages (Quickbooks is a pré) and the Microsoft Office Package (WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Eager to learn and understand all aspects of a company.
  • You have a valid drivers license.

Job Description: As a Sales Support professional, you play a vital role in ensuring our team's success. Your responsibilities include providing administrative assistance, managing social media posts, and handling incoming queries from our digital platforms. Your efficiency and attention to detail contribute to a seamless customer experience and the growth of our business. Key Responsibilities: Sales Assistance: Provide administrative support to the (sales) team, including data entry, report generation, and order processing. Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and quotations. Coordinate with clients to schedule appointments, deliveries, and follow-ups. Social Media: Create content and graphics to promote our products and services within company guidelines. Schedule social media posts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments, and engage with followers. Analyze social media performance and suggest improvements. Digital Platform Queries: Respond to incoming queries and messages from our website, email, whatsapp and other digital platforms. Provide information, assistance, and follow-ups to address customer inquiries and concerns. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate responses. Sales Support Tasks: Maintain accurate and organized records of sales-related activities. Assist in tracking inventory levels and coordinating product availability.
