As a Sales Support professional, you play a vital role in ensuring our team&#8217;s success. Your responsibilities include providing administrative assistance, managing social media posts, and handling incoming queries from our digital platforms. Your efficiency and attention to detail contribute to a seamless customer experience and the growth of our business.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p><em>Sales Assistance:</em><br />
Provide administrative support to the (sales) team, including data entry, report generation, and order processing.<br />
Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and quotations.<br />
Coordinate with clients to schedule appointments, deliveries, and follow-ups.</p>
<p><em>Social Media:</em><br />
Create content and graphics to promote our products and services within company guidelines.<br />
Schedule social media posts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.<br />
Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments, and engage with followers.<br />
Analyze social media performance and suggest improvements.</p>
<p><em>Digital Platform Queries:</em><br />
Respond to incoming queries and messages from our website, email, whatsapp and other digital platforms.<br />
Provide information, assistance, and follow-ups to address customer inquiries and concerns.<br />
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate responses.</p>
<p><em>Sales Support Tasks:</em><br />
Maintain accurate and organized records of sales-related activities.<br />
Assist in tracking inventory levels and coordinating product availability.<br />
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and maintaining sales databases.</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Education:</strong><br />
&#8211; High school diploma or equivalent (Associate&#8217;s degree preferred).</p>
<p><strong>Experience:</strong><br />
Proven experience in administrative support or sales assistance.<br />
Preferably knowledge of CRM or Bookkeeping Software (experience with Odoo is a pre)<br />
Familiarity with social media management and digital communication.</p>
<p><strong>Skills:</strong><br />
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.<br />
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br />
Proficiency in using social media platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.<br />
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</p>
<p><strong>Working Hours:</strong><br />
The standard working hours for this position are 40 hours per week.</p>
